I have received an incorrect product, what can I do?

My order is not complete, what can I do?

Your order may be delivered in two or more separate boxes. If this is the case, you will receive a track & trace link for each box by e-mail. If you have not received the links, please click here to contact us.  

Where does elho deliver to?

We currently deliver to the following countries

  • Netherlands
  • Mainland United Kingdom (including: England, Wales and Scotland)
  • Germany
  • France
  • Belgium 
What happens if my order cannot be dispatched?

If we are unable to dispatch your order, for example, because the products are no longer in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible.

I was not at home at the time of delivery. Where is my order now?

Our carrier will deliver your order to the chosen delivery address. If you are not at home during this delivery attempt, you will receive a message (normally a note in the letterbox and/or an e-mail). You can also track the order via the track & trace link you received from us.  

Our carrier will let you know where your order is by means of the note and/or e-mail. The possible options are:  

  • Your order has been delivered to the neighbours
  • Your order has been delivered to a collection point  
Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes you can! When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace link. You can use that link to track your order. 

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

For orders above £40, shipping is free! For shipments under £40, you have to pay £4.49 in shipping costs.   

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered by our carrier to your home. When ordering you can indicate to which address your order can be delivered.   

Can I choose a delivery date?

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible by our carrier. You cannot choose a delivery date. 

When will my order be delivered?

We do our utmost to deliver the package to your home as soon as possible. Before you place an order, you will be informed about the expected delivery time.

We aim to deliver within 10 working days after confirmation of your order. However, delays may occur due to unpredicted events.

If you place an order between the 13th of December 2024 and the 1st of January 2025 then your order will be delivered in the third week of January 2025.

Can I also have my order delivered to a pick-up point?

At the moment it is not possible to direct your order straight to a pick-up point. You may be able to do this later in the process if you receive track & trace emails from our carrier with updates about your delivery. In this e-mail, you can indicate via a button that you want to pick up the package at a pick-up point and choose, for example, a store near you. 

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is £10,00. 

I would like my delivery before Christmas, what is the latest I can place an order?

If you are placing an order to be delivered to the mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales), we suggest placing your order no later than the 11th of December to ensure that you receive your delivery before Christmas. Any orders placed after this date will not be delivered until the third week of January 2025.
