Do I need an account to order?

No, you can also place an order without an account. You then order as a 'guest'.

However, this way you’ll have to fill in your details every time you place a new order and you will not have access to your order overview.

How do I create an account?

You can create a personal account by clicking here or on Account at the top right of our website.

There you can enter your name, e-mail address and password. After this, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your account. When you’ve done this your account is activated and you will always have access to your addresses list and all your orders.

You didn't receive an account confirmation email from us? Check your spam inbox, our e-mail might have ended up there. Not in the spam box either? Then please click here to contact us.

How can I log into my account?
