Ordering

Can I buy elho products elsewhere?

Definitely! Our sales partners also sell elho products online on their websites. Click on the 'order through an online partner' link on the product page.

In addition, you can also buy our products offline in a physical store of one of our sales partners. You can find all of our partners here "https://www.elho.com/en/where-to-buy/find-a-store/" . Unfortunately, we cannot see in our system whether a product is in stock in the online stores or not. We, therefore, advise you to use the store finder to look up the contact details of a store in your area and to call in advance.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order, you cannot change or cancel it yourself.

Sometimes we can still cancel the order for you, please note that we cannot remove a single item from your order. We are only able to cancel the whole order.
Whether or not this is still possible depends on the processing status of your order at that time. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, we may still be able to cancel your whole order. It is best to contact us by phone: +44 56 03 75 07 46.

If the order has already been shipped or processed by our logistics department, unfortunately, the only option is to refuse the order at the door or return it yourself. Our carrier will then return the package to us, and once we have received it, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

If you need to change the delivery address, we can sometimes adjust this if the order has not yet been processed by our logistics department. If you discover immediately after placing the order that the delivery address is incorrect, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible: +44 56 03 75 07 46. If we can no longer adjust it, you can also intervene yourself. You will receive emails from our carrier with a track & trace code and updates about your delivery. In this e-mail, you can indicate via a button that you want to pick up the package at a collection point and choose, for example, a store near you.

How can I place an order?

You can place the products in your digital shopping cart by clicking on the big green button with the text 'Add to cart'.

The product has now been added to your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping. You can collapse the shopping cart by clicking the cross (X) at the top right. Your added items will remain in your shopping cart. Do you already want to place your final order? Click on ‘Check-out’ to complete your order.

Then you will be directed through the steps: Information, Shipping, Payment and Review your order. After completing your order you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note at the moment we only deliver to the following places:

  • The Netherlands
  • Germany
  • Mainland United Kingdom (including England, Wales and Scotland)

You can find all our products on this page. Here you can view our entire range or search for specific products using the filter on the left-hand side of the page. This will help you find what you are looking for quickly and efficiently. 

You can also use the search bar at the top right of the website. You can search by product name or EAN code.
